Netville AB is making sure your integrity is protected when you apply for a position at our company. In this policy you obtain information about how we treat, protect and process the personal data which you disclose to us. We collect and process the details and the data you give us in connection with your application. This also includes information which we receive together with your application, for example references from previous employers. In the event that you provide us with any data belonging to a third party, such as a referee, in connection with your application you undertake that you have obtained the third party’s consent prior to us processing their data. Netville has a policy of not requesting, sensitive personal information from job applicants.

Hence please do not provide sensitive personal information e.g. race/ethnic origin, political views, religious/philosophical convictions, trade union membership, health, sexual orientation when submitting your application. We may request information about any criminal convictions that you possess if this information is relevant to the role that we are recruiting for. When you submit a job application you consent to us processing your personal data in a recruitment process.

Your data will be used in order to assess your application, check your references and other information you have provided. We will also use your data in order to reply to your application and to invite you to an interview if your profile fits a vacant position. Your information is processed and stored in Sweden. Only those persons who are involved in the recruitment process have access to your data. Your personal data remains in our database for 18 months after the most recent update. You are entitled to contact us and review the personal data which is being retained concerning you. If it is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you can request that the data be corrected, updated or deleted at any time.
